  • Bhanu spoke:
  • Gurudev, I am very much obliged by your guidance for doing Karmas. You have spread Divine Light for me. Now I want your guidance about which Karmas I should not do.(1)
  • You may find me very sticky temparament but Gurudeva such is the condition of ignorant likes me. Kindly give me guidance in this regard.(2)
  • Ram Krishna Spoke:
  • Oh my great son, I taught the procedure of doing Karmas in earlier chapters in which every thing is made clear. You do Karmas accordignly so that automatically you will learn which Karmas should not be done by you.(3)
  • However since you have asked the question, I am giving you guidance.(4)
  • Page No – 165
  • You should not take the ownership of things belonging to others without your right. You should refrain from thefts, robbery, fraud etc.(5)
  • You might have a question within you that if such Karma’s are not to be done then why such men are created?(6)
  • You should keep the knowledge within yourself that Prakruti has created such Men so that Man learns to take care of his belongings.(7)
  • You listen attentively with caution. Those people who take like this will have to give back.
Prakruti will give something in defined appropriate return of the Karmas such as commiting theft, robbery and fraud.(8)
  • One should control anger and should not do any Karma in anger.(9)
  • When you get angry. You should control it peacefully.(10)
  • God has created emotions of anger to prevent any thing bad happening. This should be kept constantly in mind and the emotion of anger should not be allowed to go beyond Satvikta.(11)
  • Page No – 166
  • People who say “we should not be angry” and advise others like that also sametimes get angry The intelligence stop working when one is angry.(12)
  • Instead of doing work with anger one should act intelligently by keeping the anger under control. But one should not do the Karmas by intelligence guided by anger. If you will understand the difference of doing the work from within, you will be able to control the anger.(13)
  • You should not be ‘Proudy’ from the happiness given by the Prakruti. Pride is also such a quality that it takes possession of the intelligence. One can feel pride but not be proudy beyond certain limit Satvikta.(14)
  • If the pride goes beyond certain limit it starts driving the intelligence therefore the “proud” should be kept under control by the intelli-gence.(15)
  • One should not enjoy sex without the internal desire of the other partner.(16)
  • The Man or the Woman who is able to control sex instinct and observing celibacy can easily develop spirituality from within.(17)
  • Page No – 167
  • The God has given the sex instact to advance the Chaitanya. This awarness should be kept at Stavik level. You should keep in your mind, that this intinct should be at Satvik level which is of God form.(18)
  • The great Man and Woman who are keeping the unity of Atma on top by sex and keeping sex in Satvika form are showing the light of the God.(19)
  • This sex instrict becomes like a fire in Rajas and Tamas forms and it commands control over intelligence whether that of Man or Woman and transform adversly intelligence and Mann and bring down fall of the person concerned.(20)
  • There is no serious sin in this world than ommitting “rape”. One should be careful that no sins are committed to satisfy lust and nobody should play with the life of anyone. The sex should not be allowed to cross the limit of Stavikta. This should be kept in mind.(21)
  • God has created attachment so that the world can go further and arrangments are mainted when this attachment takes the form of Tamas than the knoweldge of the Man comes to and end.(22)
  • Page No – 168
  • When this attachment goes out of the level of Satvikta it gets hold of intelligence and make the intelligence and Mann dance and ultimately bring its total downfall.(23)
  • The attachment, if restricted within Satvikata then there are good results. We should keep the intelligence awakening and control the attachment.(24)
  • Thus you should remain aware from the action resulting from the excess of attachment and control intelligence.(25)
  • The emotion of misesliners makes the Man to forget what is good and what is bad. It creates the emotion that there is nobody except him and others have no emotions.(26)
  • If this miserliness goes beyond Satvikta in that case very much harm is caused to them. When it is harming others, the Prakruti immediatly reacts and destroys it.(27)
  • Therefore when the level of Tamas and Rajas go high then miserliness should be brought under control by intelligence and the actions restulting from miserliness should not be taken.(28)
  • Page No – 169
  • The God has created “jeolousy” for progress. This emotion has emerged from the instinct of going ahead of others and the world also goes ahead.(29)
  • Satvik competition is necessary in the world but when this jealousy goes out of Satvik level, there are controvarsies and disputes which cause obstacles in the great movement of Prakruti.
The jealousy coming out of the Satvikta level brings the down fall of the Man. This jealousy can be brought under control by the God given intelligence and should be continously be kept in mind that it does not go beyond the level of satvikta.(30)
  • Such an emotions take the man to such an extent that the Man even though he has no benefit to himself he causes damage to others and ultima.tely brings his own destruction.(31)
  • Thus the work resulting from the jealousy of Tamas and Rajas should not be done.(32)
  • Emotions are created in our Mann for relatives and friends. We are jealous of their progress and in our internal Mann we feel happy if
  • Page No – 170
  • they suffer misery. But we show from outside that we fully happy by their progress and unhappy in their difficulties.(33)
  • This emotion shows two form (i.e. inner and outside) Man’s emotion and takes us far away from the real form.(34)
  • By this emotion the intelligence of the Man ends. The emotion that every thing is happening due to Prakruti also disappear. The light of knowledge also end. An illusion of God also ends.(35)
  • One should not do Karma from this emotion. Such emotions make the Man a hypocrate. We should not indulge in hypocracy.(36)
  • Son, you should keep in mind that every emotion created by Prakruti is meant for advancing quality of the human life. This emotions are in every Man.(37)
  • In every Man God i.e. Narayan is there.(38)
  • By awakening Narayan BHAV all emotions in the body it should be brought under Narayan BHAV. You look to your body. Your hands, legs, eyes, ears, tongue etc. are functioning as per order of your brain.(39)
  • Page No – 171
  • You should understand that this scientific fact.(40)
  • If this intelligence is brought under the control of emotion, in that case the emotions would play havoc.(41)
  • You understand this scientific truth.(42)
  • Therefore one should be continuously particular that no work is carried out by intelligence which is controlled by emotion and for that intelligence should keep constantly Vigil.(43)
  • As far as possbile by awakening Narayan BHAV or Iswariya BHAV within the body and operating the intelligence by Iswariya BHAV all emotions should be brought under control.(44)
  • By doing like these all emotions will remain under the level of Satvikta and by that only your welfare and welface only and through this society’s welface and nothing but welfare will be done.(45)
  • You should properly understand the example given in Mahabharat by making Krishna the Sarathi we should hand over the rains of emotions of our chariot in form of body to God and Arjun in form of soul should be kept in the
  • Page No – 172
  • body and should live at the mercy of Krishna or Narayan. This great mandate received by India of how to live the life will have to be understood by the Man of the world and thern only one will be able to see the Narayan BHAV flowing in the sacred land of India.(46)
  • The Rishis of India have spread the knowledge of great raw gold by writing story, illustration, and legends and given the noble method of living life to the Indian society.(47)
  • Indian scriptures have depicted the highest emotions of Tamas form, Rajas form and Satvik form and also told us which emotions should be kept and how long and also the Satvik level of each emotion.(48)
  • Therefore after studying scriptures each emotion should be kept within the Satvik level and no action should be taken by Rajas and Tamas emotion.(49)
  • By devotion and a worship of God the Narayan BHAV within is awakened and as a result automatically all kinds of guidance becomes available.(50)
  • Page No – 173
  • The physical world drawn you towards it by creating an emotion that there is no Narayan BHAV and ultimately drawn to you in this physical world.(51)
  • You forget the great world within you by getting attracted towards the physical world. Many time the one who is engrossed in the world within forget the physical world. Both these things are wrong.(52)
  • By excellently combining the Physical world and the world within the Man, one should live a life by Narayan BHAV so that you can keep your step within the great movement of the Prakruti.(53)
  • The physical world is a gift of a nature you should be careful that you do not disturb the movement of Prakruti by your hands, legs, eyes, nose, ears and you should be constantly vigilant that no such actions are taken.(54)
  • Once you wake up the Naryan BHAV within you and if you hand over all the emotions of your body and instinct then you will automatically get guidance from within about which action should not be taken and which the most appropriate actions which should be taken.(55)
  • Page No – 174
  • This is also scientific fact and it is as effective as the rule of the physical world and the real rule of the world within.(56)
  • Mann is such a deep power and so put it under the control of intelligence which is conducted by Narayan BHAV. By that it will give you an understanding of highest ideas of physical and non-physical both the world and get from you proper work.(57)
  • This monkey like Mann may take control of the intelligence inspired by emotion and that way take actions as per intelligence and at that time it will be an undersirable act.(58)
  • Thus how much I can tell you about action not to be taken which will remain incomplete. You yourself is your guide. You have to wake up from within.(59)
  • You should constantly keep in mind that your action should not cause damage to the flowing human stream by your hand legs, eyes, ears or intelligence.(60)
  • You should also keep in mind that you don’t allow blames of dissatifaction over takes you.(61)
  • Page No – 175
  • These emotions of “discontent” has been caused by a Prakruti for its progress and it will be approporiate till the Satvik level. However it brings the dounfall of life when emotions comes in to levels of Rajas and Tamas.(62)
  • You should take care that no bad habit enter in your life. Habit like that of wine and gambling cause great harm to your life and the lives of those who are depedent on you.(63)
  • God has given body to all for living. The Man swims in the human stream with the help of ogans of the body. You have to constantly take care that there is no harm caused to the body organs of the other Man swimming alongwith you by your such action.

  • The enitre life of another man becomes dark and you have to suffer for such actions in accordance with the principal of Prakruti.
Thus you become responsible for causing misery to others so you should remain away from such actions.(64)
  • The entire human stream is flowing and you should observe it from within by the eyes of the Manas Chakshu. You should also keep constant case that no obstacles, miserliness, difficuities
  • Page No – 176
  • are created by you and should remain away from such actions.(65)
  • You should not become a partner in such actions which are being done by others. You should not support directly or directly in such action.
A moment may come in the life when in saving our life thousands or lakhs of people die. On such ocassions we should prefer to secrifice our own life.(66)
  • You should also keep it in mind that earlier you were “existence less” and at present you are “in existence”.
Now onward you are going to be “existence less” all actions of life and the direction of work should diverted towards making human life stream happy. You should not do any action in the opposite direction.(67)
  • You should constantly believe that the things you see are created by Narayan or God and you are the medium. You have to take action in the direction of happiness and only of creating happiness.
As a result you will automatically understand within yourself which actions should not be taken.(68)
  • The Prakruti is going to get the work done from you at every moment. Prakruti is burdening you
  • Page No – 177
  • with decision making. At every momernt Prakruti’s is compelling you to do action. You experience this. Your should discharge your duty as per the Narayan BHAV within you whenever compelled to take action. If you will discharge your duty in this manner you take only best action.(69)
  • You should control your tongue very much. Manytimes you are consuming your ‘Punya due to wrong use of the tongue. When you speak something bad happening to others by your tongue, your Punya Karmas are spent.
If anything bad is to happen to another Man, it may occur as per rule of Prakruti. But for that you should not be the doer and ensure that you do not fall in to Karma bandhan.(70)
  • The tongue is given by the God for giving knowledge, guidance, love to others. You should only create love from it. We should not speak bitterly or speak in the language of abuse or unnecessarily incite others.
We should constantly keep in mind that we do not insult others with our tongue.(71)
  • We should cultivate a habit to see that our eyes get Darshan of Godly form. Similarly
  • Page No – 178
  • our ears should be tuned to listening of only Gods decription our nose should also be tuned to Godly smell.(72)
  • In the physical world there are number of items for use by eyes, ears and nose. These items will tempt you and bring your down fall.
You should remain away from such item. Once your intelligence start following the Narayan BHAV then you will be able to live like a lotus in the mud in this physical world and also flourish like a lotus flower.(73)
  • Therefore you should not get in to temptation of this Physical world and develop Godly vision.(74)
  • You should not hate any person for being Physically handicapped. If you are not able to help him in the God given condition, does not matter. But for that you should not do anything to cause unhappiness.(75)
  • A number of people are trapped in the mud of physical society. If you meet such person in your life. You should not hate them. You should keep your Gnan Chakshu open and remain away from the mud. Many times it so happens that Godly lotuses have flowered in such Mud
  • Page No – 179
  • and THERE APPEAR GREAT RAYS OF GOD If you will keep the Godly vision you will come to know about this.(76)
  • You have to understand that your Atma is lonely all kinds of your relations are Prakrutik relation. These realtion for their selfish motive give you wrong guidance and compare you to do wrong action and by that way you are forced to get into more Karma Bandhan.
You should remain away from actions which are motivated by selfish actions of friends and realtives and ensure that they do not cause unhappiness to others.(77)
  • You should constantly feel that there were others prior to you. At present you are there and later you will not be there and others will step in. Thus you should observe the human stream flowing like the great river by standing mentally on its bank and also ensure that you do not do anything which can cause obstacles in the human stream.(78)
  • The Prakruti has created you to provide happiness to this stream. If you cannot give happiness does not matter but you should ensure that you dont cause misery to others.(79)
  • Page No – 180
  • Prakruti has placed the emotion of selfishness for the survival of the Chaitanya. It is alright as long as the selfish emotion is on the Satvik level.(80)
  • As soon as this selfish emotion goes beyond the Satvik level and then Rajas and Tamas come on the surface with immediately causes damage.(81)
  • Such a selfish emotion would not care if others dies. Another man if hands you over everything still you will not be satisfied. Many times you are blind to such an extent that for your selfish interest you would dare to even kill the goose which gives golden eggs, and harm your interest.(82)
  • Remember son, anything taken from others should be given back and Karma bandhan is created.(83)
  • Just like us others also have their own difficulties While dealing with others we should also consider others and learn to prevent selfishness.(84)
  • Selfishness person and the man who is contented from within never suffers Pain.(85)
  • Your needs are unlimited but to satisfy your requirements, your sources are limited.(86)
  • Page No – 181
  • You should not allow your requirements to go beyond your limited resources. By restricting your requirements the great quality of satisfaction is developed.(87)
  • The harnessing of one’s your unlimited requirements and trying to satisfy them with limited resources is the great idea of great life.(88)
  • You should control the emotion of ‘discontent’. The emotion of discontent generate misery and nothing but the misery. Therefore you should be alert to see that discontent does not go beyond the level of Satvikta.(89)
  • Always Prevent the Mann (Centre of thought) going towards grief and unhappiness. Always keep the Mann happy. In dealing with others also ensure that you don’t make other unhappy Give happiness and love to others.(90)
  • Refrain from unnecessary disputes. Disputes causes unhappiness and nothing but the unhapiness. Try to solve disputes by Satvikta and transform even disputes in to great love.(91)
  • Remember God has given emotions, Mann and intelligence. The rest of the body remains under their control. In this Mann plays an important
  • Page No – 182
  • role. By understanding this small thing. It will bring awareness in you. This Mann can reach any corner of the world within a fraction of a second.(92)
  • Indian Rishis acquired this knowledge, liberated the Mann from emotion and intelligently made it move in the entire world and acquired the knowledge.(93)
  • They acquired the knowledge of dominating the physical world by Godly spiritual domination.(94)
  • Therefore you keep the Mann under control and don’t allow it to wander due to emotion and also control the Mann by intelligent.
Intelligence should be kept in NARAYAN BHAV or Godly BHAV. As a result of this the movement of Mann will also be like Godly movement.
This will make you understand at which moment which work you should not do, you will get the great mandate from within yourself.(95)
  • By doing like this you will speak the language of God. Your work will become Godly and your movement will be towards God.(96)

  • The moments of your life are fixed. Utlise your every moment. Ensure that the great moments of your life are not wasted in idleness, carelessness and bad habits. Every moment should be used at best as we can.(97)
  • You should also ensure that you do not hate the people who are useful to you in your life You should try to compensate those who obliged you.(98)
  • You should also keep in mind that your life does not deviate from God.(99)
  • You should constantly think that God is very kind. He comes to your help. You have only to extend your hand. He is definately to catch hold of your finger.(100)
  • During your life stream even if you have injured others by mistake you should not hasitate to apologize to others without any reserations.
You should not be ashamed of it.(101)
  • If you are not able to ask for foregiveness in that case you should sit near God and apologise with open heart. By asking apologys of God with real heart, the Karma Bandhans are broken. (102)
  • Page No – 184
  • God listens to prayer which comes from the heart and pardons Karmas.(103)
  • This will kindle light in your life and will be benevolent to you.(104)
  • You wake up your Narayan BHAV within you and get the mandate from God at every moment about which Karma should not be done. These are my blessings.(105)
